Tomorrow, I start the first of 24 weeks that I have left in my nursing program. I'm on the homestretch! I, we, can do this. It's definitely been a group effort in this household! I do the homework and go to classes, hubby busts his ass to put food on the table, in the pet bowls, and gas in the gas tank. His grandma helps tremendously too. I don't know how I'd do this without their help. Talk about Godsends.

Yeah, I know there are other people out there rooting for me, but those 2 are there EVERY. DAMN. DAY. I hope I am making everyone proud. I also want to be able to repay them some day, some how.

I should go work in the garden and plant some flowers I got the other day. But, it's my last day of break and I'm feeling rather lazy. I guess I haven't been totally lazy, I washed clothes that are now hanging out on the line (I love line-dried clothes!) and picked up miscellaneous crap laying in the yard so hubby could mow. I'll probably end up going back out there, I could sure use some more of that sunshine that's out there...wish I could store it up and use it on days I'm stuck in the classroom or rainy days.

Also, last but not least, today is Memorial Day. Thank you to all the veterans past and present for doing what you do. If you get time, go check out Pioneer Woman today. Very touching. http://thepioneerwoman.com/blog/2011/05/memorial-day/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+thepioneerwoman+%28Confessions+of+a+Pioneer+Woman%29 (I know there's a prettier way to do the link but I don't know how to do it.)
